Frequently Asked Questions

  • This program only works for specific charities, churches and purposeful organisations. Ideally, these organisations have an annual marketing budget over £10k or an annual income higher than £500k.

    Equally important is mindset: we want to work with individuals and organisations who believe in the power of creativity to amplify their message and are ready to put in the work required. This is one of those “you get out what you put in” situations!

  • We have a good track record, but recognise that some organisations need assurances about meeting specific targets.

    We do not commit to increasing donations or engagement by specific percentages due to the ever-increasingly complex nature of what impacts these (and other charitable KPIs).

    During the strategy phase, we do clarify certain goals and ensure that all subsequent creative work is aligned with these.

    We don’t offer refunds for the Charity Impact Accelerator due to the consumable nature of the work. We do have two guarantees in place to give you peace of mind:

    The limtless logo guarantee ensures you won’t be left with a logo you’re not happy with (you get unlimited revisions).

    The future-proof guarantee entitles you to 50% off a brand refresh (a different product to the Charity Impact Accelerator) if your team and trustees agree that the brand needs a significant update within three years.

  • Yes, organisations are welcome to pause the programme for up to 1 month.

    For monthly-payments, the paused month will not require payment.

  • You are required to attend two strategic half-day workshops, complete a brand questionnaire.

    Optionally, we recommend being present for weekly calls where we will be coaching, listening and providing feedback on the process.

  • The Charity Impact Accelerator lays the groundwork for your future growth. They say you have to be findable to be fundable - and this process certainly focuses on getting you found.

    Our brother business, Better Story, frequently partners with us to deliver world-class fundraising services for organisations interested. While we may have some limited input from their team during the programme, dedicated fundraising support is outside the scope of the Charity Impact Accelerator.

  • In phase 3 we will assess your current website. This is a thorough process where we evaluate the layout, narrative, user journey and experience, as well as the website map and current copy.

    We make recommendations based on our assessment and all the work done in phases 2 and 3, in order for you to do one of two things:

    1. Do it yourself: You can take our recommendations and internally update the website in order to reach its full potential.

    2. Done for you: You can use our recommendations and free website brief builder resource to create a comprehensive website project brief. We would be happy to receive this and offer 10% off the full price of a website rebuild. Alternatively, you’re welcome to seek the support of another external agency to help you bring your website up to speed.
